PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

The following disclosure is made available by AC BOILERS S.p.A., as Data Controller as regulated by Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the European Regulation on Privacy n. 679/2016, concerning personal data processing of Users of the Website www.acboilers.com/en.

AC BOILERS S.p.A. informs you that personal data provided by You (or otherwise acquired in the context of our activities as corporation active in the field of energy) could be subject to processing consisting of the collection, registration, organization, storage, elaboration and communication as means for the objectives, specified later, in compliance of the abovementioned regulation and the confidentiality duties on which our activities are inspired upon. The information and data regarding website users www.acboilers.com/en will be processed by AC BOILERS S.p.A. in accordance with both the italian regulation and the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 “relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and rules relating to the free movement of personal data that repeals regulation 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation)” (hereinafter “GDPR”).

Data processing could be put in place, for functional and technological reasons, by third parties and persons named by the Controllers in compliance with article 28 of the GDPR whose list can be requested with a formal request to the Privacy Focal Committee.

Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR indicate the following:

1. Purposes and means of processing for which the personal data are intended: AC BOILERS S.p.A. informs the Website Users that data collected will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

(I)Supporting Users;

(II)Voluntary unsolicited Curriculum Vitae submission for job opportunities;

Consent can be given only by capable persons that can validly dispose of it.

2. Compulsory or optional nature of detailed data usage provision and consequences of eventual refusal to reply:
Data transfer is optional, except for those cases in which collected data must be used for the execution of a contract or a job application. In said case, the eventual refusal of the subject to transfer data would entail the impossibility from AC BOILERS S.p.A. part of executing.

3. Entities or categories of entities to which personal data can be communicated or can become aware of data as managers or people in charge of data processing and transmission of it:
Personal data that will be inserted by the User will become known and used by AC BOILERS S.p.A. employees for the sole purpose of executing normal activities that form the purpose for which data is collected. Data processing is made by the Company through computerized and/or physical instrumentation with the means and criteria deemed ideal to guarantee its security and in accordance with principles of correctness, lawfullness and transparency, in orded to safeguard the privacy and rights of the interested parties.

These data could eventually be transmitted by AC BOILERS S.p.A. to the subjects below described and/or become subject of processing by the same:

Entities or Public Administrations (for compulsory communications);
Website maintenance Companies;
Services, as well as controlling Companies, linked to and/or controlled by AC BOILERS S.p.A.

With reference to the above, we inform You that, in compliance with article 13, comma 2 and article 14, comma 2 of the GDPR, You have the right to ask AC BOILERS S.p.A. for access to your Personal Data and the amendment or deletion of it, or to limit processing of your data, or to object to its use, as well as the portability of transmitted personal data; You have the right to withdraw consent in any moment without compromising lawfullness of data processing based on the consent previously given before said withdrawal; You have the right to receive confirmation of the existence or not of data regarding yourself, its cancellation, the anonymous transformation of it and the block of data processed unlawfully, the updating, the amendment i.e. the integration of data, obtaining a statement that the described operations are being made aware to the Persons to which data has been communicated i.e. transmitted. We inform You that it is your right to lodge a complaint at a control authority.
